Thistle mushrooms

Alsur thistle mushrooms are prized for their intense "wet vegetable flesh", nice and smooth on the plate, and for its strong smell and sweet taste, being delicious in a lot of recipes. Its flesh (or hat), with a brown-gray colour and its strong texture, is greatly appreciated and succulent.
