Whole mushrooms

Among Alsur mushroom preserves we can distinguish two packagins, the whole mushroom and the sliced mushroom, both obtained from fresh, healthy and clean mushrooms, without damage or stains. Alsur mushrooms have a smooth texture, they are light cream coloured, and with a special flavour.
